Stream Industries Ltd. respects your privacy. Our Apps are designed to function without requiring you to provide personal information to us. We do not create user profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
However, when the Apps connect to external services to provide functionality (for example, searching or fetching podcast data), those third-party services may receive certain information automatically from your device or network connection.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
None. We do not require account registration and do not ask you to submit personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or address) to use the Apps.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Apple Crash Reports (diagnostics): If you have opted in to share crash diagnostics with app developers via iOS, Apple may provide us with crash report information related to the Apps (for example, crash logs and associated diagnostic information). This information is used only to identify and fix bugs and improve stability. Apple’s handling of this information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings.
3. Information Shared With Third Parties
To deliver core features, the Apps may communicate with third-party content or API providers (for example, Podcast Index or similar services). When you use these features, those providers may receive information that can include:
- IP address (commonly received by any server you connect to)
- Device and connection attributes (such as user-agent details, OS version, app version, language, or similar technical data)
- Search terms or requests you submit in the app (for example, a podcast search query)
- Request timestamps and basic request metadata needed to respond to the request
We do not control how these third parties use or retain data they receive. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

- Podcast search, directory, or index APIs (e.g., Podcast Index)
- Content hosting/CDN services used by providers you access through the app
4. Tracking and Advertising
We do not use third-party advertising in our Apps, and we do not “track” you across apps and websites for advertising purposes as defined by Apple.
We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for tracking.
5. How We Use Information
Because we generally do not collect personal information, we do not use it for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.
Any crash diagnostic information we receive (via Apple Crash Reports, if enabled) is used only to:
- troubleshoot crashes and errors,
- improve app performance and reliability.
Third-party providers may use information they receive to:
- respond to your requests (e.g., return search results),
- maintain and secure their services,
- monitor performance and prevent abuse.
6. Data Retention
We do not store personal information because we do not collect it directly.
Crash diagnostics received via Apple (if enabled) are retained only as long as needed to investigate and fix issues, and may also be retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the Apps and our systems. Network requests to third-party services are made using industry-standard encryption where available (e.g., HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children’s Privacy

9. International Users
If you use the Apps from outside your country, requests may be handled by third-party services operating in other jurisdictions. Those services may process data in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
10. Your Choices
- You may choose not to use features that require contacting third-party services (such as search), but some functionality may not work without those services.
- You can control whether crash diagnostics are shared with developers through iOS settings.
- You can also use iOS privacy and network controls (e.g., VPN, iCloud Private Relay where available) to affect what data is shared over the network.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
12. Apple In-App Purchases
Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID (your identity as established with Apple) and are used to enable features within the App. Once a purchase is made, it is associated with your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. We do not independently store payment information — all billing is handled by Apple.
